There are no limited menus. You get meals customized every week to your unique tastes and requests, creating endless possibilities.

Weekly meal prep is one of my most popular services, saving you time in the kitchen and keeping your healthy diet on track.

With weekly meal prep service, I will personally come to your home with a healthy food shop, cook, clean up and stock your refrigerator with a week's worth of healthy premade meals to reheat.

Hourly Rate @ €25

This pricing model is quite simply the fairest way to pay for a personal food shopper and professional cooking service.

Rather than locking you into a subscription or set price per meal.

Shopping not included in hourly rate.
